This is a purpose built home situated on Manor Road in Hatfield and is located close to the town and its local amenities. The home provides a calm and tranquil atmosphere and the staff and management ensure that the home is ideal for residents looking for a friendly, compassionate, welcoming and comfortable surroundings to live.
The home is registered for 49 beds with the Care Quality Commission for providing accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care, treatment of disease, disorder or injury. The home is registered for 50 beds, nursing and residential dementia for adults 65+ and adults 18-65.
A pre-admission assessment will be carried out to assess the suitability of the match between your needs and the Services and facilities of The Home. The suitability of your admission will be discussed with you and, if appropriate and with your permission, your representative(s).
Emergency admissions will be accepted in exceptional circumstances, where the health or safety of the Service User is under threat, and normally through a professional referrer such as the Social Services. In this event, the suitability of the proposed Service User will be discussed with the professional referrer to ensure that the need match the services offered, and the normal pre-admission assessment will be carried out within 48 hours of admission.
